Once you've gone swingpack, you can never go back.

So I got my first Coach swingpack a little while ago and honestly, I'm in LOVE.
I'm sick of carrying around large hobo purses that I can't find anything in.
The swingpack is pretty much the perfect mix between space and class... it's cute enough to substitute a clutch, and surprisingly, I fit lots of crap into it!
The one I have.

The one I'm lusting after.

Now if only my work could stop taunting me with gorgeous Mackage leather jackets...

Pretty in pink.

Thus far, I've never been too keen on the colour pink.
But something has changed, and I can't get enough pink in my wardrobe!
I love summery pink pieces like you won't believe, I think the colour stands out nicely against my blackish-brown hair (sidenote: I'm a firm believer that a wardrobe colour palette should be strongly influenced by one's hair colour, lol).
This is my favourite somewhat recent purchase... I literally live in this cardigan <3

I heart ebay.

Yaaay, my Michael Kors Alexandra sandals came in today :)
I have been eying these since last summer, and was finally able to find them in a size 5.5.
So in love!

Yay!

So I'm expecting my tax return to come in shortly... and although most of it (read: "all") SHOULD be going towards school debts, these are a few pieces I'm considering buying...

I've also found a sweet bomber-style leather jacket at... wait for it... Le Chateau (of all places, huh?). It's made of real distressed leather, and I'm thinking of getting it, as the price aint too shabby. I will be sure to post pics if/once I purchase it!

Oh, Nicole.

My my, can this tiny human specimen ever dress to impress...

I reeeeally like this last look, and it's so simple to recreate, we've actually recreated it at work with some of our own pieces. All you need is a simple black mini, a comfy white tee (which I would probably choose to tuck into the skirt) and a bright silk scarf. So killer!

Vogue.

Of course, French Vogue is amazing. There is something so unique and refreshing about Parisian style that Vogue captures so well. However, I equally love to browse British Vogue's website for some London-inspired style. They have lots of trends to offer, as well as a lowdown of countless runway shows. Here are some images I gathered from a few Spring/Summer '08 shows:

Polyvore.

I cannot even stress how fun this website is!!
Essentially, Polyvore is a web-based application used for mixing and matching products from online stores. Items are pulled together to create 'looks' and can then be shared with others. Each product within the set is linked back to the online store where it is available for purchase.
This site offers literally millions of really fun outfit ideas, grouped together by colour scheme, style etc... Whether you are trying to recreate a celebrity look, or just piecing together a few items to create an outfit, there are just loads of possibilities. I have yet to create any virtual oufits myself, but here are just a select few of the looks that caught my eye...

LC.

OK, so I risk being a hypocrite for posting this (Jen, I'm just WAITING for you to comment!).

Here's the thing: I DON'T think Lauren Conrad really deserves her own clothing line. Her designs are unoriginal, cheaply fabricated (trust me, I've checked out her stuff at Holt's)... just another example of a celebrity cashing in on her mediocre artistic ability.

Now, this being said, I happened to find a few pieces from her Fall 2008 line that I actually kinda dig... I mean, I'd actually wear this stuff! Don't get me wrong, there's nothing exceptionally innovative here... but nonetheless, it was nice to see that her line is not ENTIRELY shiteous!

Ya like how I felt the need to defend myself for liking some of LC's pieces? LOL's!
